It is very small and the service was top notch. Our flights were delayed multiple times and they still had a driver to pick us up when we finally arrived. My wife's luggage was lost and the people at the hotel made many calls to track it down as well as making reservations and handling us quite well. I cannot say enough about the service and plan to leave a very positive review on Booked.net.
It is a little tricky to figure out how to get to reception at first becuase it is more like a converted house in a city setting but, once we knew where to go, everything was great. There is not food or room service, but we knew that when we booked.

The location was fantastic. Right on the Spanish steps. A short walk to all the places of interest and he metro was just next door. A little gem.
I know that the hotel does not do food but could probably benefit from forming a partnership with a couple of the local cafes that would make it simpler for he guests: especially for breakfast.

Relais Pierret is a lovely relais style hotel in a great location on the Piazza Spagna very close to the steps. The atmosphere is relaxed, peaceful and charming. Our room was very comfortable and quite spacious by Rome standards. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

- Excellent location - Friendly and very helpful staff - Clean and lovely facilities
- Price is quite high considering no breakfast option - discount vouchers for Babingtons were appreciated but Babingtons are also quite expensive if using as an everyday holiday breakfast location.

Everything! I knew I probably would not be able to return to Rome for several years. Therefore, I was very selective, and took reviews into account very seriously. I was also on a budget, and scared half to death when I read the reviews of places in my price range. I heard horror stories of creaky, old, uncomfortable beds, rude staff, air conditioning and WiFi not working, noise problems, being scammed, getting nickeled and dime to death, and more. There was none of that here! The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, rooms were a good size, great shower, free WiFi (that worked), and even though it was directly outside the Spanish Steps, it was quiet and private. Best location and value for the money!! No food service, no worries though. There's a refrigerator in the room, and a Spar down the street! Plus, the best instant espresso I've ever had and biscottis and jam! Scarf that down for breakfast, and eat out while you're sightseeing!
Just so I don't sound too biased, I didn't like the blow dryer and could have used an iron at one point. So not a big deal!

To accommodate us, room was made available very early (10:30am); the location was just perfect (and not too loud), staff very friendly, the room was very spacious, free wifi.
The hotel website says it is a suites hotel, however, there was one spacious room (and bathroom). Other: turning on tv every time was a mystery; no real duvet covers which feels more hygienic but blanket with sheets.

Can't beat the location, right at the Spanish steps! Excellent!
There is no hotel sign anyway outside and inside , very difficult to find if you didn't know it's on the second floor
